What do you fear the most?
The most important thing I can communicate to someone looking to make a positive change in their life is that I understand and know what you are going through.
It’s a bit annoying for people as they ask me “how do I lose this bit around the middle?” I ask them what they are currently doing now? I’m always getting asked the “How” but then I ALWAYS reply with a question.
Annoying, Vincent. Annoying.
Whilst everyone is different and all after different things, I know for you it would be something like…
- making a choice about your diet
- getting in the right mindset to be active
- navigating away from temptations
- discipline and confidence
All of these necessary activities prove to be even harder with all the challenges we face.
We all want to be here on this planet longer. We want to be around for our children and grandchildren. We all care about our health and well being. Unfortunately, this doesn’t always reflect in our choices
Constant battle with brain! It doesn’t want you to die and it just thinks about reproducing! And because of these aspirations, we are up to some big things. But these big things come with a lot of time, effort, energy, money. To run a business or career, manage a family, maintain your relationships, is all hard enough on its own. Let alone to juggle your own health and fitness on top of it all.
It’s not easy.
It’s far easier to indulge. Our habits and beliefs control us; they are hard to unwind.
Did you know most beliefs are formed from the age of 0-7. The only two fears we are born with is the fear of loud noises and the fear of falling.
So what’s stopping you?
Let’s face it.. We know we should eat healthier, but nobody wants to diet for the rest of their life. That’s what I say to people who ask about slimming world, Herbalife, Weight Watchers.
Yep, I went there.
Can you sustain any of those for the rest of your life? Are you going to queue up to get weighed every week in a line? What’s your long term nutrition solution then? It’s not fun being paranoid about what you’re eating, or feeling guilty or restrictive about it. It’s also not fun knowing you should be keeping yourself active, but letting responsibilities take over.
So what are you supposed to do? Is it even worth it? Are you even doing it right to begin with if you do get the energy to go? It’s time to stop doing what you’ve always done. And if you say, hey Vincent, I’ve heard this before…
Well, let me ask you a question…
How’s that working for you so far?
The good news is it doesn’t have to continue. I’ve literally invested my entire adult life thus far into helping people find their long term health and lifestyle solutions. And to be honest, I’ve only skimmed the surface with what I actually want to do.
I have been coaching people, and experimenting on myself, professionally for over 5 years in this health, wellness and fitness arena. And I’ve learned so much after going on a quest for these answers, and sorting through all the nonsense.
I wanted a way I could contribute to someone’s life even more than just temporarily helping them physically. I want to leave you COMPLETELY fit. In mind, in body, in your soul.. I want to leave you fit for life, and everything that comes along with it. For good. Not for just the duration of time we work together. I want to make a real difference. Because honestly, almost anything will help you lose a few pounds the first few weeks you try it.
I’ve bet you noticed that it’s not that hard to lose a few pounds by temporarily changing a few bits. The trick is, what’s the thing you are gonna do for life? There is gonna be a lot more from me over the next few months on this. But, I just wanted to drop this email to you, so you can start thinking a little differently. Maybe make some changes this week and kick start your health and fitness journey?
