Happy new week. We just arrived back to a “soggy” London, as the captain called it. For one thing I am truly grateful that we at least can take that plane and jet set around the world. A luxury many don’t have or will ever experience.
The past week we have been working out, partying and having crazy nights of fun with our clients in Cyprus. I’m limited to what else I can say, as “what happens in Cyprus stays in Cyprus” right guys? 🙂
One thing I can talk about is how we helped people achieve their goals. Some of the guys who attended said they had never swam in the ocean before, some said that they had never tried a H.I.T.T. class before. We helped them to make those things happen, and for that, I am truly grateful for the opportunity to help them do it; even if it was just giving them a helping hand or nudge.
Helping other people achieve their goals will help you achieve yours.
Don’t underestimate the power of contribution. If you have a massive impact on someone else’s life, chances are someone will do it to you… or even better yet, you will do it to yourself.
Here at VDLF/Escapes/On Demand, our entire purpose is that we help people reach their highest potential.
People are inspired by you, it makes it easy for you to think positively of yourself because everyone does.
This does wonders for your motivation, self-esteem and confidence which otherwise can be so hard to maintain.
You cannot fail at helping others achieve their goals, the only ones who fail are the people themselves. If you are helping someone work towards their ambitions and they are not working towards it themselves when they don’t reach it they only have themselves to blame!
As the saying goes, you can lead a horse to water but you cannot make it drink!
(As a person who is high in execution, that really is a personal favourite of mine).
It does wonders of good for the world around you if you are helping and supporting the people within it.
Your positive energy leaps from person to person; being nice to a stranger may lead them to be nice to another, you never know where it may end up.
So go out there and give off good vibes, big smiles and happy energy!
