Eat when you are sad, eat when you are happy
Eat when you are pissed off, eat when you are angry.
Get promoted? Let’s eat!
Get fired? Fk it, let’s eat! hahaha.

It’s the most emotional drug for many people that can’t be avoided, unlike cocaine, alcohol or cigarettes, for example.

You can quit them. You can’t quit food.
The good news is, you don’t have to.
You just need to understand how food works.
You need to understand that you are in total control of what you put in your mouth, not the other way around.
You need to learn that NOTHING needs to be eliminated from your diet to be successful and lose fat.
We just need to manage portions and calories.
The mechanics of losing weight are very simple.
The psychology for most people is very hard.
That’s where coaching comes into play.
You don’t need more information.
You need implementation.
There is a tonne of information out there.
If it was information you needed, EVERYONE would be rich, skinny and happy.
Most people don’t have ANY of that.
If you want to know how to be in control of what you eat yet still eat the fun things in life AND lose fat…
