Hey…

Winter is coming!

Well it’s actually more like summer is coming but as Game of Thrones kicked off last night for another season I thought it was quite apt.

If you’re a big GOT fan like me season 8 ep.1 didn’t disappoint. Also I’m team Lannister.

Are we still friends? 🙂

Anyway, with summer coming I thought we had better focus on a little bit of fat loss, as most seem to want that bikini body.

We’ve spoken about it briefly in our past two members Q&A sessions, but I wanted to send on a little summary to you.

It’s quite simple and basic.

It always is when it comes to losing body fat.

Most ignore it.

Don’t be most people.

  1. Track your calories
  2. Resistance/Weight training
  3. Drink more water
  4. Get adequate sleep

And no.5, is the same as no.1 – track those damn calories.
