As well as helping people to move, look and feel better, I also do some small business coaching to other health and fitness professionals. So many people I speak to when I coach them just idly potter by expecting things to change. But change doesn’t just happen unless you make a change!
If you’re doing something that isn’t getting you the results you want, then it needs to change.
So this week make a promise to yourself. Whatever needs to change, change it.
Make a decision and move yourself in the right direction.
